As the founder and CEO of Diamante Financing, LLC, Danielle Parker has over 15 years of knowledge and professional experience in both the Finance and Real Estate Industries. Several positions Danielle has held over the years include Loan Processor, Financial Analyst, Quality Control Credit Risk Analyst, Underwriter, Senior Acquisitions Specialist, Asset Manager, Realtor and Real Estate Investor.  In 2005 Danielle started a real estate investment firm continuously adding different aspects to her business and financing was the final piece. Today she finances real estate investment deals nationwide while educating her clients on building wealth through real estate.

Our Financing Programs

Fix and Flip

Real estate investment strategy where an investor would purchase distressed properties, make capital improvements and resell the property for a profit. This type of investment is typically executed with short term financing. Short term financing means no long term commitment. {Up to 90% of purchase price + 100% of construction cost}

Fix and Hold

Real estate investment strategy where an investor would purchase distressed properties, make capital improvements then lease and hold the property for residual income (passive income). This type of investment is typically executed with long term financing. Long term financing means more flexibility in financial management. {Up to 100% of construction cost then Refinance at 75% LTV}

Cash-Out Refinance

Real estate investment strategy where an investor who owns a property, free and clear, would use the equity from that property to fund other investment projects. Short term and long term financing can be used. {Refinance up to 80% LTV}
